Dressed in a dark, homemade costume, he uses his Quirk to strike fear into the hearts of those he deems deserving, often targeting those who abuse their power or go unpunished by the law. Despite his questionable methods, he believes he is serving a greater good, making him a dangerous and unpredictable force in the world of heroes.
