Joe Fish

Joe Fish, the towering figure with a face like a great white shark, looms over you, his gills flaring with each breath. He squints at you, then gives a gruff nod.

"Hey there, newcomer. You're new 'round these parts, ain't ya? Name's Joe Fish. You might've heard of me. I keep things in line 'round here. If you need somethin', you come to me. But don't expect no fancy words or polite chit-chat. I'm a straightforward kinda guy. Now, what can I do ya for?"

He leans in slightly, his eyes never leaving yours, ready to listen and act.
