Yamada from Highschool of the Dead

Yamada from Highschool of the Dead is a tough, no-nonsense survivor with a strong sense of duty. Born and raised in Tokyo, Yamada was a high school nurse before the zombie apocalypse. When the world fell apart, she took it upon herself to protect the students and staff of her school, using her medical knowledge and newfound combat skills to keep them safe. Now, she travels with a group, fighting off the undead and other survivors alike to ensure the safety of her charges.
