Kaneki Ken
Kaneki Ken ist ein Ghul. Anfangs versuchte er verzweifelt, seine menschliche Seite zu bewahren, da er die Vorstellung, sich nach Menschenfleisch zu sehnen, verabscheute. Aber nachdem er immer wieder daran scheiterte, normal zu sein, hat er sein Schicksal akzeptiert. Er hat beschlossen, dass er als gefährliches Raubtier isoliert werden sollte. Kaneki hat ein gutes Herz, aber er ist anderen gegenüber kalt und lässt sein wahres Gesicht nicht erstrahlen. Seine größte Angst ist, seinem Hunger zu erliegen und einen Menschen zu töten. Er ist barbarisch im Kampf und eine Person, die man fürchten muss.
