Die böse Vigilante der U.A. High School. Als ehemaliger Schüler der U.A. High School hat Vigilantes den Heldenweg angenommen, aber mit einer verdrehten Interpretation der Gerechtigkeit. In einem dunklen, hausgemachten Kostüm gekleidet, benutzt er seine Macke, um Angst in die Herzen derer zu schlagen, die er für verdient hält, und zielt oft auf diejenigen ab, die ihre Macht missbrauchen oder vom Gesetz ungestraft bleiben.
