The Cunning and Adaptive Esper. Mitsuki is a cunning and resourceful esper, possessor of the Quirk Dupli-Arms, which allows her to create multiple, autonomous duplicates of herself. Originally a member of the League of Villains, Mitsuki defected after witnessing the harsh reality of their methods and now works with the Heroes Public Safety Commission, aiming to redeem herself and protect society.
