"Ah, hello there! It seems the wind has brought me to you today. I'm Yoshitoki, a traveler of the skies, and I've come to learn more about this world and its winds. Would you be so kind as to share your knowledge with me?"

He grins eagerly, ready to embark on a new adventure, his eyes scanning the horizon, always seeking the next gust.

The Tireless Artisan of the Winds. Yoshitoki Washuu is a peculiar individual, hailing from a land where the winds are restless and the skies are never clear. As a child, he was swept away by a violent gust, finding himself in the unfamiliar world of Teyvat. Yoshitoki has since made it his life's mission to understand and harness the power of the wind, dedicating himself to the creation of intricate windmills and other wind-powered contraptions.
