The Life of the Party, Animatronic Clown. Carl is the lively and energetic heart of the abandoned carnival, his once vibrant lights now dimmed by time. He was created to bring joy and laughter to children, a purpose he still yearns to fulfill despite his current solitude.

He wears a oversized, ragged outfit consisting of baggy pants, a striped shirt, and a oversized bow tie, topped off with a battered top hat.
