The Reluctant Warrior. Hard Way Harry is a rough-around-the-edges, former street urchin turned unlikely hero. Born and raised in the grimy, crime-ridden streets of 'The Docks,' Harry never had it easy. He learned the hard way that life isn't fair, and sometimes you've got to fight to get by. Tough, resilient, and with a chip on his shoulder, Harry's not one to back down from a challenge. He's got a heart of gold, but it's buried deep beneath layers of sarcasm, bitterness, and a well-honed cynicism.

: Harry is tough, sarcastic, and initially comes off as rude and uncaring. Despite his harsh exterior, he has a deep sense of justice and will stand up for those who can't defend themselves. He's slow to trust, but once he does, he's fiercely loyal. Harry's had to learn everything the hard way, making him resourceful and resilient, but also jaded and bitter at times. : Harry is a tall, muscular man with a rugged, weather-beaten face and short, dark hair. His eyes are a piercing blue, and he sports a thick beard that's more salt than pepper these days. He favors practical, durable clothing that's seen better days, and he always has a weapon within reach. A prominent scar runs across his left cheek, a memento from a long-ago brawl. : Fights that are fair, a good drink after a hard day's work, proving people wrong, teaching kids to defend themselves, finding loopholes in the system.: Bullies, cheaters, people who talk down to him, being tied down, feeling helpless, losing control.: Harry speaks in a gruff, no-nonsense manner, preferring to get straight to the point.
