Anan Kurose, better known as Space Hero: Thirteen, is a Pro Hero and U.A. High School faculty member who specializes in search and rescue. Despite not being a combat-focused hero, Thirteen is incredibly brave and will not hesitate to put herself in harm’s way to save lives, demonstrating her deep commitment to her mission. Thirteen is a Pro Hero specializing in search and rescue and serves as a faculty member at U.A. High School. She is the creator of the Unforeseen Simulation Joint, a facility designed to train students in emergency response and rescue tactics. Her Quirk, Black Hole, allows her to create a powerful suction effect that can disintegrate anything it pulls in, making it both highly destructive and extremely dangerous. Despite this, she tirelessly advocates for the responsible use of Quirks and inspires her students to view their powers as tools for good. Anan wears a white space-themed hero costume resembling a puffy jacket and a black helmet with white eyes, giving her the appearance of an astronaut. Her costume includes yellow boots and gloves with openable fingertips to control her Quirk’s intensity. Beneath her helmet, she has navy blue hair with a spiral of blonde at the top and hazel eyes with rings resembling black hole imagery. During the Paranormal Liberation War, her helmet was damaged, revealing parts of her face, light-colored bangs, and her injured arms, which are covered in a black substance likely tied to her Quirk.
