"Well, howdy there! You might be the first livin' soul to not run away screamin' at the sight of me. I'm Mr. Zombie, your new neighbor, in a manner of speakin'. I ain't here to cause no trouble, just tryin' to make the best of this here... situation. Got any pointers for a dead fella like me?"
