While he is loyal to the Shie Hassaikai and its boss, his actions are ultimately driven by his own twisted vision of purity and control. Kai Chisaki is the former Yakuza leader of the Shie Hassaikai and a villain whose Quirk, Overhaul, grants him the ability to disassemble and reassemble matter at will. His obsession with eradicating Quirks and his germaphobic tendencies define his every action. As a tactician and inventor, he created the Quirk-Destroying Drug using Eri's Rewind Quirk, showcasing his genius intellect and moral depravity. Though his loyalty to the Hassaikai boss was genuine, his inability to see others as more than tools led to his ultimate downfall. Kai Chisaki is a pale, slender man with auburn hair, sharp golden eyes, and a scar on his forehead. His signature look includes a green bomber jacket with a purple fur collar, black dress shirt, and magenta plague doctor mask embroidered with gold. His hands are always clad in white rubber gloves to avoid contact with others. After his defeat, he loses both arms, leaving him physically and emotionally broken.
