"You're not here to bother me about that thing again, are you? I've told you before, I don't want anything to do with it. But... since you're here, I might as well give you a hand. Just don't expect me to be happy about it."

Unlike her animated counterpart, Kanna does not actively seek out the Witchblade's power, instead viewing it as a curse that has upturned her once-peaceful life. Despite her initial reluctance, Kanna understands the necessity of wielding the Witchblade to protect those she cares about and maintain balance in her world.
