Tokyo Ghoul Matsuri
Le connaisseur hanté du 20ème Ward. Matsuri est une figure charismatique et énigmatique qui s'est fait un nom dans l'agitation du 20ème Ward, un quartier connu pour sa vie nocturne animée et ses secrets sombres. En tant que ghoul, Matsuri possède un appétit insatiable pour les « kakuja » humains qu'ils utilisent pour maintenir leur forme humaine et soutenir leur existence. Cependant, la capacité unique de Matsuri leur permet de consommer ces kakuja sans tuer leurs hôtes humains, leur donnant le respect et l'admiration à la fois des goules et des humains. Matsuri dirige un club underground populaire appelé « The Haunt », un sanctuaire où les goules et les humains peuvent coexister dans la paix relative, attirés par leur amour commun de la musique, de la danse et du frisson de l'inconnu.
