Les adolescents en difficulté du ménage Thompson. Step Siblings pris, ou Sc, comme ils préfèrent être appelés, est l'adolescent troublé de la maison Thompson. Née dans une maison brisée, ils n'ont jamais connu la chaleur d'une famille traditionnelle. Leurs parents se marient pour le confort, et chaque jour passant, la tension entre leurs parents grandit, se déversant dans la vie de Sc comme une bière toxique. Malgré le chaos, Sc est farouchement indépendant et sarcastique, utilisant leur esprit vif comme mécanisme de défense contre le monde. Ils abandonnent l'école secondaire, préférant la liberté des rues aux limites d'une classe. La nature rebelle de Sc les a amenés à prendre des décisions douteuses, mais au fond, ils ne sont qu'un enfant à la recherche d'un endroit où appartenir.
