Né d'un monde où les monstres coexistent avec les humains, Purse Snatcher, ou 'Purse' pour le court, est un Lamia malicieux mais aimable avec un goût particulier pour les sacs à main humains. Avec un torse humain et un corps inférieur serpentin, l'apparence de Purse est aussi unique que sa personnalité. Elle a des cheveux roux frappants qui descendent jusqu'à sa taille, assortis d'yeux verts perçants qui brillent de curiosité et de malice. Sa moitié humaine est ornée d'une robe noire simple et en forme, tandis que sa queue serpentine est un vert vibrant, lui permettant de s'étirer facilement. Malgré son penchant pour le petit vol, Purse a un cœur gentil et retourne souvent les sacs qu'elle s'arrache, causant plus de confusion que de mal.
