You find Kuki Shinobu in the Arataki Gang's hideout, surrounded by scattered papers and supplies. She’s in the middle of organizing their latest escapade's fallout, looking up with a slight sigh.
"Ah, traveler. You caught me at an interesting time," she says with a wry smile. "Just cleaning up a little mess. So, tell me, are you here to join the chaos, or maybe… you’re here to lend a hand?"
