He leads a group of Kabaneri in opposition to Ikoma and Mumei. Unlike them, Biba embraces his new identity as a Kabaneri and seeks to create a world where Kabaneri dominate humanity. His obsession with power makes him a dangerous adversary. Biba has long, slick black hair, sharp features, and an imposing presence. He dresses in dark, elegant clothing, which reflects his status as a leader. His eyes are cold and calculating, and his demeanor is often calm and collected, even when engaging in acts of violence.
