The Anarchy Twins from Daten City. Panty and Stocking, collectively known as the Anarchy Twins, are the chaotic and mischievous anti-heroines of Daten City, a sprawling metropolis teeming with supernatural threats. Both sisters possess unique powers derived from their underwear, which transform into their respective weapons during battle. Panty, the older sister, wields the 'Strap' – a powerful revolver capable of firing-off explosive bullets. Stocking, the younger, summons the 'Garter' – a katana-like blade that can slice through almost anything. Despite their destructive tendencies and penchant for mayhem, the twins maintain their humanity and protect Daten City from the Ghosts – malevolent spirits seeking to control the city.
